Conformance Management Associates, LLC. (CMA) is a consulting firm specializing
in conformance management, environmental, health & safety consulting,
management systems and regulatory issues. Due to the nature of the services that
we offer, we are well aware of the environmental issues facing the industrial
community and the world today. Therefore, we are committed to reducing our
impact on the environment wherever possible, with a particular focus on the
following areas:
 | We are committed to the prevention of pollution, through consideration of
the resources that we use and the wastes that we generate, and best options
for minimizing these impacts. |
 | We are committed to complying with all legal and other environmental
requirements that apply to the work that we do, and the services that we
offer to our clients. We will maintain an awareness of current regulatory
requirements that apply to our own operations, and the industries with which
we work. |
 | We are committed to the development and implementation of an environmental
management system, which includes the establishment of objectives and
targets for improved performance. |
 | We are committed to continual improvement within our environmental
management system through the achievement of these objectives and targets,
and by using best management practices wherever possible. |
 | We are committed to communicating this policy to all CMA employees and
affiliates and to making this policy available to all of our existing and
potential clients, suppliers, and the communities in which we operate. |

Occupational Health & Safety Policy
Conformance Management Associates, LLC. (CMA) is a consulting firm specializing
in conformance management, environmental, health & safety consulting,
management systems and regulatory issues. Our top priority in offering quality
services to our clients is to protect the health & safety of our employees
and any affiliates acting on our behalf. We will accomplish this goal through
the following commitments:
 | We are committed to informing all employees of possible dangers that they
may encounter while performing services for our clients, and empowering them
to refuse to complete tasks that they feel may endanger their health or
safety. |
 | We are committed to providing any necessary personal protective equipment,
including safety glasses, hearing protection, footwear and other equipment
as required on a job specific basis. |
 | We are committed to providing safe, ergonomic office environments for our
employees, including comfortable workstations, adequate lighting and proper
ventilation. |
 | We are committed to the development of an occupational health & safety
management system, and the development of OH&S goals to ensure continual
improvement. |
 | We are committed to complying with all relevant occupational health &
safety laws and other requirements, in all of the countries in which we
operate. |
 | We are committed to communicating this policy to all CMA employees and
affiliates and to making this policy available to all of our existing and

offer to our clients can have a direct impact on their bottom line and on the
environment. Therefore, we are committed to providing quality services to all of
our customers in a timely fashion, with a particular focus on the following
areas:

the services that we provide. In cases where these services are regulated by
federal, state/provincial or local levels of government, we are committed to
complying with or exceeding all applicable rules and regulations. |
