Terms and Conditions

Prices include all taxes and shipping & handling via national or international letter mail (US Postal Service or Canada Post). Priority shipping is also available at an extra cost, which will depend on location and shipping options. If you require priority shipping, contact CMA PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER for accurate pricing.   Laidler Associates Risk Management Software will be shipped by courier.

The Gold and Platinum packages include site visits by CMA personnel. If your facility is within a two-hour drive (approximately 100 miles), in any direction, from downtown Detroit, Michigan, travel costs are included in the package price. However, if your facility is more than a two-hour drive, extra travel expenses will apply at the following rates:

bullet$50 USD per hour for travel time beyond 2 hours each way
bullet$0.375 USD per mile driven beyond 100 miles each way
bulletIf required, overnight accommodation will be provided at a hotel of your company’s choosing.

Note: For companies more than 200 miles from downtown Detroit, additional travel expenses may apply, as travel by automobile may be impractical. Contact CMA for further details.

If you do not wish to pay the extra travel expenses, the site visit(s) in the Gold and Platinum packages may be substituted with telephone or electronic consultations.

Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card, as detailed below:

a) Checks are to be made out to Conformance Management Associates, Inc.
b) Credit cards accepted include VISA and MasterCard. (you will be contacted to obtain credit card information before shipment)

Orders of Laidler Associates Risk Management Software System will be shipped upon availability. You should receive your order within 10 business days, following payment. You will be contacted if, for any reason, your order cannot be shipped within that time.
