Holiday Greetings

Since this page is updated in the middle of the month, let us take the time to wish you a great Thanksgiving 2008. We have a lot to be thankful for in fact that we now know the problems in our economy and the hard road ahead to improve the situation. Even in a bad economy, there are still opportunities to improve our work and reduce costs in our operations. I wish you all success in these endeavors.
 
I would also like to wish you a Happy Holiday season for December 2008. No need to wait until the middle of December, we can at least start to thing good thoughts now to make the season brighter.

Presentation on How to Implement ISO 14001

CMA LLC will be working with VCANA to provide several one day training sessions on implementation of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. These presentations will be given February 10, 11, and 12th, 2009 at Birmingham and Montgomery in Alabama and the Atlanta Georgia area on the respective dates. We will be providing an easy to understand method of implementing the ISO 14001 system to provide a company with an easy to maintain system that will provide cost reductions through environmental improvements.

Conformance Management Associates LLC is located in Plymouth, Michigan, near  Detroit Metro Airport. ISO 13485 – Medical Devices Quality Management System
 
Conformance Management Associates, LLC has assisted a number of clients in ISO
9001 and TS-16949 Quality Management Systems. In late July 2008, we became trained in internal auditing in ISO 13485. With a number of years experience in the medical and pharmaceutical fields, we can assist you in the implementation of your ISO 13485 system. We can also assist you in combining it with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and the OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management System.
 
The most cost effective way to implement these systems is to combine them into one system that covers all subject areas. It is less expensive and will be easier for your employees to implement and maintain. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

This standard is due out any day now. Once it is issued, you will have approximately 18 months to make the changes to your system. If you would like to start now in making the changes, please contact us to discuss the change that will occur and how you can start to make those changes.
